Q. Why will I make more money at Guild Mortgage?
A. At Guild Mortgage, your job is to create and execute a business plan, originate quality loans, hire and manage branch staff, manage your monthly profit and loss statement. We can, at your request, handle your loan processing, underwriting, or funding. We provide computer training, a help desk, a monthly P & L, benefits coordination, payroll services, training manuals, and most any other reasonable support you request.

Q. How can Guild help me grow?
A. We provide all the support functions, so you're free to originate and recruit loan officers. Our corporate team handles all the payroll, accounting, computer support, and benefits coordination.

Q. Why should I choose Guild Mortgage over its competitors?

Q. What qualifications are you looking for in a branch manager?
A. We're very interested in speaking with those who have the following qualifications:

  • Managers with an existing branch doing at least $2-$3 million plus/month
  • Individual home office producers doing at least $1 million/month
  • Individuals located in the Western United States
  • Originators with a strong knowledge of the increasing number of loan programs
  • Originators with a strong base of purchase loans with referral base from Realtors, builders and business referrals
  • Managers with knowledge and experience in operational staff recruiting and profit and loss statements.
