The Finance and Administration Division is responsible for financial and investor reporting, budgeting, cash management, warehouse lending, and human resources.

Leads the development of company strategy, direction of operations, and communications.
Includes all new production in retail channels.
The Production Operations Division leads underwriting and the Branch Operations Service Center.
Includes all wholesale production and Direct Lending.
Includes all correspondent production and the Builder Department.
