About Me

Michelle Mireles is a Branch Manager and Senior Mortgage Consultant for Guild Mortgage Company located in Kirkland, Washington. Michelle has over 20 years experience in the mortgage business including loan processing, originating and managing. Michelle is a past winner of Guild Mortgage's President's Club award given to the company's highest producing loan officers. Michelle is knowledgeable in virtually all residential loan types but specializes in financing foreclosed properties, short sales, REOs and construction loans. Michelle and her team are the preferred lender for Fairplay Funding assisting their clients purchase recently foreclosed properties in multiple states.

As a Branch Manager, Michelle has assembled a team of experienced, top performing loan officers and processors who consistently close their clients' loans on time, every time at very competitive rates and fees. Perhaps most impressive, Michelle and her team boast an impressive customer satisfaction rating with 97% of their customers saying they "would recommend" Michelle and her team to their friends and family.

Michelle is the mother of 3 wonderful boys and she is active in her community regularly giving of her time and money to support charities such as the Liberty Road Foundation, the Seattle Children's Hospital, Autism Research and others.
