We are dedicated to serving the communities where we live and work. For us, communities matter.
Our Guild Foundation donates 1% of profits to charitable organizations throughout the nation each year. These donations go to organizations dedicated to helping underserved people in all communities.
We strengthen communities by building pathways to homeownership and giving back. Employees receive 16 hours time off each year to volunteer in their communities. We also run nationwide campaigns twice a year to compete for most hours volunteered as a way to increase participation.
We are a paperless company with our headquarters in a Green Certified building*(check). In 2017, we will launch a sustainability circle to focus on other ways of reducing our footprint and caring for our planet.
