In recent posts, I’ve focused on using new technology as a way to leverage online intelligence for offline relationships. This week, I’d like to emphasize how empowering employees lifts up the entire company and sets the stage for success. Our Secondary Marketing and Product Development team empowers loan officers, processors and underwriters who in turn, create an experience that differentiates Guild. We’ve dedicated significant resources to educate and support these employees to provide the best services possible. We’ve dedicated email groups to answer questions, a Product Help Desk and a weekly bulletin outlining trending topics. We also offer live trainings, webinars and Guild University courses to cover everything from systems to products. We care about and believe in our employees and know that in order for them to succeed, they need the right tools and the opportunity to thrive.
