About Me
Just a bit about me…
My name is DiAnne Acuña and I am a Mortgage Loan Officer with Guild Mortgage Co. I have been in the mortgage business since 2001. Prior to that I was a minor owner in a homebuilding company, I worked as an On-site agent for a builder, I was a Realtor, I worked in the construction field as a production supervisor and last but not least I was a stay at home mom. I enjoy helping my clients (most become friends during the process), get into the home of their dreams. I offer most any type of loan product to meet all the needs of my clients. I am able to offer USDA, FHA, Conventional, VA, Jumbo, and Rehab loans to mention a few. I am also able to offer Down Payment assistance programs so if you are a bit short on funds to close, these types of programs may be able to help. I offer Mortgage Credit Certificates to first time buyers giving them an extra boost at the end of the year with their income tax. I work with clients that have credit issues, first time homebuyers, experienced buyers and even those who are downsizing. I am here for my clients before, during and after. I am your lender for life.
