I absolutely love what I do! I was a previous educator for 10 years, teaching at the high school level. Both jobs are equally rewarding; however, helping people with homeownership is the best feeling ever.
On a personal level, family is very important to me. My greatest successes are my two children. In my spare time, I love spending time with my family, traveling, running, scuba diving, reading and sky diving.

I was a first time home buyer at the age of 42. My financial past was a roller coaster. When my wife and I decided to look into buying a home I first started with Lending Tree. I had about a dozen people call me about a home loan. Each one of them wanted to discuss what I had on hand for a down payment out of the gate. The conversation could move forward unless I told them a number. At this point I just wanted information and to see if I’d even get pre approved. Oh a whim i decided to look at a few home and the agent showing them gave me Denise Norman’s phone number. I called Denise and told her I was just wanting to get an idea if buying a home was in the cards for me. She had me fill out some information and got back to me with in a day saying I was pre qualified. THEN she walked me through the down payment process. She was beyond helpful and unlike the other people from Lending tree. She didn’t pass me over because I didn’t have a huge, cash on hand, down payment. She told me exactly what I needed to do and how much. She also has the patience of a saint. I probably sent her 8 or 9 homes over the course of 3 months and she ran numbers on all of them. I greatly appreciate her time and her advice throughout the whole process.
