I would highly recommend anyone looking for a mortgage broker to consider Kim Stastny. I have spoken with a few mortgage brokers in the past and every single one had the same 'I don't care' attitude. Kim was the exception to the rule. It is apparent that real estate is more than a job or a paycheck for Kim. She has passion for this industry and it shows. When I first approached Kim (whom I was recommended to) I had a plethora of questions ranging from basic newbie to more advanced questions. Kim was able to provide me with any answer quickly and if she didn't have the answer she provided it to me quickly and in depth. Kim met with me several times and here is the kicker, I wasn't even purchasing in her market! That's right, she was willing to bend over backwards to help someone knowing that she wouldn't even earn a commission. As luck would have it, a home did become available locally that we jumped on and we were able to give her our business after all. I am very happy that was the case and in our decision to work with Kim. She will have our repeat business and I would recommend her to anyone. Thanks Kim!!!
