About Me
I have been a northwest native all my adult life. Originally from the Chicago area and college days at Miami University. I was blessed to marry my wife, Joie, 51 years ago - undoubtedly the best sale I ever made! We have two grown children and three grandchildren.
I have been in the mortgage business for 18 years after retiring from IBM/KODAK and IKON. With three other friends we started a mortgage company from scratch in 2001 and sold it to Guild Mortgage in 2007.
I find great joy in helping my clients understand their financing options and successfully purchase or refinance their home or investment property. I do all kinds and sizes of loans and am licensed in WA, CA and HI. Helping First Time Homebuyers is a specialty for me and I teach ten (10) First Time Homebuyer classes each month.
