I believe true leadership involves empowering others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more. At Guild, we’re always looking at how to enable our loan officers to do more for our customers. That’s why we’ve worked hard to continually roll out new technologies loan officers can use to better suit each customer’s unique needs. For example, we’ve ramped up our social media resources so that loan officers can more easily engage with customers where they feel comfortable. New technologies and an in-house social media group allow loan officers to interact with customers and allow customers to get to know our team better. We’ve also begun automating verifications so that customers wait less time for certain documents to be verified. This empowers loan officers and their teams to move forward with applications more seamlessly. A win for all!
