About Me
Lisa is a licensed residential mortgage originator in Nebraska, Florida, and Iowa. Her passion for serving other comes from a background in the Military. She joined the Army Reserves right after 9/11 as a transportation coordinator. She was mobilized to active duty from 2002-2003. She then served the remainder of her 6 year term with a specialty in transportation and human resources.
When she takes a break from making homeownership dreams a reality, she spends time with her family, dotes over her Red Heeler dog, Ginger, and serves as the 2019 Treasurer for Women’s Council of Realtors.
She is a certified Nebraska Finance Authority Loan Officer Specialist and in 2017 she was recognized by the Nebraska Mortgage Association as a member of the 2017 Champions Circle. Her passion is helping others achieve their dreams and goals. Being a trusted mortgage expert is privilege and nothing makes her happier than providing valuable financial options to clients. She is supported by Guild Mortgage, a company with 60 years of experience providing home loans with many options to fit any stage of life.

Cailin plays an important role in each of Lisa’s clients’ home loan experience assisting with applications, preapprovals and refinances. She serves as Lisa’s left hand gal. Cailin is an Omaha native and a Michigan State fan at heart. In her free time Cailin enjoys spending time gardening outdoors and exercising. With experience in real estate and property management and a passion for helping people find homes, Cailin joined the mortgage industry in 2021.
Kelsey has been part of the mortgage industry since 2020. As Lisa Brodersen’s right-hand gal, she strives to ensure that each loan runs smoothly by reviewing necessary documentation and keeping an open and thorough communication with each client. During time away from work, she enjoys spending time hiking and traveling.
