Michael Page is an amazing Mortgage Broker. He was polite, informed, always there to explain any step or need, he was responsive and understanding of the emotions I went through in obtaining such a loan and even when faced with his own family emergency was there and responded to my questions within an hour. He has connections with some excellent Realtors and Insurance Broker. I would not hesitate to fully recommend him to any friend or family for help with a mortgage. Guild is lucky to have him.

When Michael heard we were looking to buy our first home, he got hold of us and walked us through the loan application, if we decide to apply. There was no commitment needed from our end. He basically explained to us how the loan application works and the steps to get approved for a loan. After viewing a house that same day we had to make an offer we thought we couldn’t pass on. Thankfully, Michael already had a preapproval letter ready for submission. He heard we need to put an offer and at 7pm at night he went back to the office just to get us preapproved. It was such a nice thing to do. A type of thing that makes you want to stay with Guild. The next day our offer was accepted and we needed a mortgage company and decided to stay with Guild Mortgage. During this process Michael was very professional and helpful. We could call him anytime with any questions and he always answered on timely manner, most of the time right away. It was an amazing experience, especially for someone who’s buying their first home. It actually felt too easy. They handled all the paper work, communication between our realtor and title company, and we were never left out. I would recommend Guild Mortgage to anyone.
