Angi Stevenson, Vice President, Regional Manager, Midwest

Angi Stevenson joined Guild Mortgage in 2018 when Guild acquired her firm, Cornerstone Mortgage, based in St. Louis, Mo., where she served as president and CEO. She oversees Guild’s Midwest Region, with offices in Missouri, Illinois and Kansas.

She co-founded Cornerstone in 1996 with the late Jim Dean and helped establish the company as a leading residential mortgage lender, widely recognized for its growth and as a top place to work, with an annual loan volume of more than $1 billion.

Angi started in the industry in 1985, advanced rapidly in sales and leadership positions, including seven years at Security Financial Mortgage, prior to founding Cornerstone. She is involved in the St. Louis community, supporting local charities and organizations, such as Nurses for Newborns and The Backstoppers, Inc.
