For borrowers and referral partners, we want the application process to be as painless as possible. We understand the value of fewer document requests and timely closings. We also place high importance on communication and status updates. Loan officers, processors, underwriters and funders want the same thing as our borrowers and partners – a smooth transaction that closes on time. We’re working hard to implement new tools to facilitate communication between borrowers and their origination team and to streamline the application process. Our initiatives include e-signatures, web portals and electronic verification options. These initiatives will strengthen Operations’ ability to bring everyone on the origination team together to achieve the shared goals of excellent customer service and smooth operations.
