We know that in order to succeed, having a support system can make the difference between a win and a loss. We also know that teamwork takes time, energy and creativity. As a national company with hundreds of branches and offices, keeping our team working together can present a challenge. How do we face that challenge? We’ve come up with several ways to promote collaboration and make ourselves available to coworkers. We have an online education platform where employees can access trainings anytime, anywhere. We have designated “help email” groups for quick answers. We have executive-level cross-training to share expertise and provide comprehensive solutions. We publish a monthly newsletter to share stories and invite new authors. We do our best to learn from each other, share perspectives and create space where different voices are heard and valued.
