I have 14 years experience in Mortgage lending and am very fluent in Spanish. I am experienced with FHA, VA and Conventional loans. I am very knowledgeable with down payment assistance programs. I work with a full range of borrowers. I especially enjoy working with First Time Homebuyers because I strive to make sure first time homebuyers are comfortable with their new home purchase and fully understand the mortgage transaction.
Purchasing a home or refinancing your existing home can be very exciting and a bit stressful.
