Make a difference in your community

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are internal communities promoting diversity, openness, understanding and inclusivity. ERGs are employee-led and open to all Guild Mortgage employees. The purpose behind each ERG is to create a positive workplace culture where employees sharing backgrounds and interests are respected, treated equally and given more opportunities to succeed.

Federal regulations known as the Transparency in Coverage Rule require health insurers and group health plans to make certain machine-readable data files (“MRFs”) available to the public.
