About Me
I have been in the mortgage industry for twenty years. I started shortly after graduating from Colorado State University in 1987. I was fortunate enough during my ten year hiatus to Huntington Beach California to complete my MBA with Pepperdine University. Additionally, I met my wife Sabrina, who I convinced to move to Colorado. I now have two wonderful kids (future pro-soccer players or downhill skiers depending on the day) and am thankful to live in such a great state. I recently also completed my certified financial planning designation to add more support to my clients.
Experience and straight advice is what is needed in today turbulent environment, where many lenders are adding more restrictive underwriting as time moves on. Guild doesn't have near as many restrictions, which helps my team to close on time with no surprises.
