I have been buying, selling, and developing Real Estate for over 25 years. Without the help of a professional Mortgage Lender I wouldn't have been able to enjoy the rewards of home ownership, and the benefits that come with it. As your professional Mortgage Lender I’m committed to making a difference everyday through education, pro-active communication, and professionalism. I’m also a veteran of the United States Army and have taken a special interest in VA Loans.

Educator
As an educator it is my goal to prepare and explain to my clients (for both purchases and refinances) all aspects of their loan transaction. Getting a home loan will be one of the largest financial investments you’re ever going to make. Assisting you in finding the right loan and looking after your interests throughout the loan process is very important to me. I go out of my way to make sure that every question that you have is answered and explained thoroughly.

Communicator
Staying in touch with my clients throughout the loan process is imperative. I love technology and have integrated it into my practice. You can communicate with me from wherever you are via email, text, fax, phone, or video conference. If you prefer a good old fashioned face-to-face meeting I am more than happy to meet you in person.

Professional
It is my belief that in today’s mortgage business, teamwork is required to provide you with a professional level of service. My team at Guild Mortgage, Tacoma includes in house processors, underwriters and funders; this allows my team to streamline the Mortgage Lending process.
