a late charge. The late charge amount is based on a percentage (stated
on your mortgage, deed of trust or note) of your monthly payment.

We will send you an acknowledgement letter within 5 business days, and, in most cases, within
30 business days will correct the error or provide the information requested or provide you with
an explanation of why Guild believes that no error occurred or why the requested information
cannot be provided. You may request copies of any documents or information that Guild relied
on when it determines that no error occurred.
If your loan is owned by Fannie Mae, we will send you a letter acknowledging your inquiry
within 3 business days of receipt and make every effort to identify a resolution within 15 days.
In some cases, we will need additional time to address your concerns and will require up to
30 days to identify a resolution. We will send you a letter within 5 business days of
determining a resolution that addresses your concerns.
