We will send you a letter acknowledging your written inquiry within 20 business days of
receipt and provide a response within 60 business days of receipt, or pursuant to applicable law.
If your loan is owned by Fannie Mae, we will send you a letter acknowledging your inquiry
within 3 business days of receipt and make every effort to identify a resolution within 15 days.
In some cases, we will need additional time to address your concerns and will require up to
30 days to identify a resolution. We will send you a letter within 5 business days of
determining a resolution that addresses your concerns.
