Amber Kramer, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Desiree (“Amber”) Kramer is the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Guild Mortgage Company LLC. Amber has held this position since August 2020. As Chief Financial Officer, she is responsible for the accounting, finance, treasury, payroll and facilities functions. Amber has served as Guild Mortgage Company LLC’s Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer since January 2020. Prior to serving as Guild Mortgage Company LLC’s Chief Financial Officer, Amber served in various finance positions at Guild Mortgage Company LLC, including as Guild Mortgage Company LLC’s Senior Vice President, Finance from 2015 to 2020 and its Vice President, Finance from 2010 to 2015, one of its Financial Analysts from 2005 to 2007, and one of its Staff Accountants from 2004 to 2005. Amber earned a bachelor of business administration degree in finance from Texas Christian University and a master of business administration degree from the University of California, Irvine. She is a certified public accountant and a certified mortgage banker.
