Guild Mortgage earns seven Best-in-Class honors from MortgageCX, topping all lenders in its tier
- Guild named overall winner in the Large Independent Mortgage Bankers tier
- Guild’s Scott Stout, named top Loan Officer in the nation for Customer Experience
- 91 Guild Mortgage loan officers, 19 processors and 13 branches earn national honors
San Diego – April 08, 2024 – Guild Mortgage, a growth-oriented mortgage lending company originating and servicing residential loans since 1960, has been named the top large independent mortgage banker nationwide by STRATMOR’s Mortgage CX Best-in-Class program. Guild won seven out of 11 categories in its tier including Overall Satisfaction, Application Process, Communication and Closing Process.
In addition to company-wide awards, Scott Stout (NMLS #1600871) of St. George, Utah was named the top Loan Officer in the nation for Customer Experience. He’s joined by 90 other Guild Mortgage loan officers who were also recognized for exemplary service to borrowers. These accolades underscore Guild Mortgage’s dedication to providing exceptional service and fostering borrower satisfaction.

Award qualifications are based on customer feedback data gathered through post-closing surveys via STRATMOR’s MortgageCX program. To qualify for a Best-in-Class award, a lender must provide exemplary service to their borrowers throughout the year, resulting in a top score within their segment.
Guild employees were also previously named to the Scotsman Guide’s 2023 Top Originators list, Scotsman Guide Top Women Originators, Scotsman Guide Top Lenders and Scotsman Guide Top Emerging Stars. In addition, Guild has been named a 2024 Military Friendly Employer, San Diego Top Workplace and a Fannie Mae STARTM Mortgage Servicer.
