Guild Mortgage helps more than 3,000 families access homeownership through Freddie Mac programs; earns dual Freddie Mac Home Possible RISE Awards^®

San Diego – May 29, 2026 – In a year when buying a home felt out of reach for many, Guild Mortgage helped more than 3,000 families find a path forward through Freddie Mac Home Possible® and HFA Advantage® programs, earning recognition with two Freddie Mac Home Possible RISE Awards® based on 2025 production.

In addition to Freddie Mac programs, Guild is expanding access to homeownership beyond traditional lending. Through its MyPath2Own* program, Guild provides homebuyers with education, financial strategies and down payment assistance to help make homeownership more achievable and sustainable. In 2025, 663 potential homebuyers enrolled in the program, with 140 participating in eHome America education courses, 37 completing all three courses** and 10 loans closing with MyPath2Own support receiving an additional $4,000 in assistance that was used towards closing***.

Guild was recognized by Freddie Mac with dual Home Possible RISE (Recognizing Individuals for Sustained Excellence) Awards®:

• Home Possible Fastest Growth: Recognizing the rapid year-over-year scaling of Home Possible® mortgage originations. In 2025, Guild delivered 2,333 Home Possible transactions, including 693 loans in the first half of the year and 1,640 in the second half, representing a 137 percent increase.
• HFA Advantage Greatest Volume: Highlighting leadership in utilizing state housing agency programs to support repeat and first-time buyers. Guild delivered 717 HFA Advantage® loans in 2025.
