Guild Mortgage is Zillow’s most five-star rated lender, three years in a row

San Diego – January 5, 2026 – Guild Mortgage, a nationally recognized retail mortgage lender, continued its streak as the most five star-rated and most reviewed lender among Zillow users. This is the independent mortgage lender’s third consecutive year achieving both accomplishments on the online real estate marketplace. 

As a leader among lenders on Zillow, one of the most reputable digital housing ecosystems in the industry, Guild has demonstrated a consistent commitment to customer experience, not only meeting expectations but exceeding them. Reviewers have the choice to write a review and rate a professional or service based on how likely they are to recommend them. This recommendation ranges on a scale from one to five, with one meaning “very unlikely” and five indicating someone is “very likely” to refer others to the lender.
