Guild Mortgage named USDA Top Originating Lender for third consecutive year and the USDA 2026 Manufactured Housing Champion

San Diego – June 25, 2026 – Guild Mortgage, a nationally recognized mortgage lender founded in 1960, has been named the USDA Top Originating Lender for the third consecutive year and the 2026 USDA Manufactured Housing Champion by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).

Through its partnership with USDA Rural Development, Guild helps more families achieve homeownership by connecting eligible borrowers with special loan financing programs.
