Guild Mortgage wins Best-in-Class honors from MortgageCX for third consecutive year

San Diego – May 28, 2025 – Guild Mortgage, a leading national independent mortgage lender, has won MortgageCX’s Best-in-Class Lender award for 2024. This marks the company’s third win within its tier for the revered annual awards.

Guild ranked ahead of all other companies in the Independent Mortgage Banker tier, also winning in the Overall Satisfaction, Net Promoter Score, Processors, Application Process, and Communication sub-categories. Additionally, the company earned an Overall Satisfaction rating of 96%, a nod towards the company’s commitment to consistent customer service.

For 2023, Guild won the Best-in-Class award within the Independent Mortgage Banker: Large tier and earned first place in seven out of 11 sub-categories. Guild also won in the Large Independent tier in 2022, taking the top spot in five out of eight sub-categories.

“From every corner of the country, our teams have continued upholding the standard of customer excellence,” said Terry Schmidt, Chief Executive Officer of Guild Mortgage. “Their hard work has earned us top marks, and I look forward to seeing just how much more we can achieve within the next year. Congratulations to all.”

Per MortgageCX, awards are selected based on feedback from customers via their internal program with STRATMOR. From this data, scores are given to lenders who provided excellent service to borrowers throughout the year. These scores, separated by tier and category, qualify lenders for the Best-in-Class awards.
