Hello My name is Glen and I had the pleasure of working with Thomas Bouda. This was an awesome experience refinancing my home and being approved for the CalHFA's ADU Grant Program. This program allowed In February of 2022 the grant was $25000 for Homeowners and by April of 2022 the grant increased to $40000. My original interest rate was 4.375% and it decreased to 3.75% by Thomas buying down the interest rate. This was truly a blessing and Thomas professionalism in updating his clients with pertinent information was remarkable. Thomas took the time to answer all my questions and concerns in a timely manner which was appreciated.
