Billpay

Payments are credited to your account on the day Guild receives the funds.
Please schedule the payment with your bank’s processing times in mind before your due date.

IRS reminders

To receive interest credit for 2025, mailed payments must be received by Wednesday, December 31, 2025 by 5 pm PT.

Speedpay or one-time ACH payments should be submitted by 5 pm PT on Wednesday, December 31, 2025.

IRS statements

Online: The easiest way to get your IRS tax form(s) is through your online account. Sign up with your email now to get notified as soon as they’re available. We expect them to be ready by mid-January.

Mail: Your tax form will be mailed by Saturday, January 31, 2025. They’ll be included with your current monthly statement in an envelope labeled “Important tax documents,” so watch your mailbox.

The IRS tax form(s) is issued to the primary borrower only. Duplicate copies aren’t provided to any other borrower on the loan.
