IRS Reminders

  • To receive interest credit for 2019 all payments must be received by 5:00 p.m. PT on 12/31/19.
  • If you have registered your email address with MyAccount, you will receive emails letting you know when your tax form(s) will be available online. Tax forms will be mailed by January 31 st.
  • Please update your mailing address with Guild.
  • The IRS tax form(s) is issued to the primary borrower only.
  • Duplicate copies are not provided to any other borrower on the loan.

 

Payment Processing and Office Hours

  • Our office will be closed on 12/24/19 and 12/25/19.

  • Mail received after 5:00 p.m. PT on December 31st will be posted to your account on

  • Payments scheduled for 12/31/19 will be posted the same day, if received by 5:00 p.m. PT

  • Payments are credited to your account on the day the funds are received by Guild
  • Please schedule the payment with sufficient time for funds to be received by Guild
