Wire instructions for principal only payment

For Principal Curtailment Payments (only) of $100,000.00 or greater

• Loan must be paid to the current month.
• Wire fees are paid by the Borrower.
• Loan number must be clearly identified or the wire may be returned.
• Wires that do not meet the requirements for crediting to the loan (as identified below) will be processed for return within 24 hours of receipt or by the next business day, whichever occurs first.
• Wires must be received by 2 pm PT for same day credit to the loan.
• Wires received after 2 pm PT will be processed on the next business day.
• Please contact customer service at 800.365.4441 Monday through Friday between 5 am-5 pm PT for wire instructions.
