Guild Mortgage Has 440 Loan Officers In 2022 Scotsman Guide Top Originators Rankings

117 Guild Mortgage Loan Officers Recognized as Top Women Originators

San Diego – July 05, 2022 — Guild Mortgage (NYSE: GHLD), a growth-oriented mortgage company that has originated and serviced residential loans since 1960, was again well represented in Scotsman Guide’s Top Originators 2022 rankings, with 440 loan officers in 40 states named to the list and 117 loan officers ranked as Top Women Originators.

Now in its 13th year, the Scotsman Guide Top Originators rankings recognize the nation’s top-producing mortgage professionals. According to the publication, the rankings are the industry’s most comprehensive, verified rankings of residential mortgage brokers, originators, loan officers and bankers based on individual annual production reports.

The Scotsman Guide Top Originators 2022 list included more than 11,000 originators, who each completed at least $40 million in origination volume or closed 100 loans in 2021. With record-breaking low interest rates, high home prices and demand for both home purchases and refinances in 2021, the year’s top originators closed more than 2.2 million loans during the year, a record.

Guild had 272 loan officers ranked in the 2022 Top Dollar Volume list. Guild’s 272 loan officers ranked on the Top Dollar Volume list had a combined loan volume of more than $21.6 billion based on their 2021 production reports.

Introduced in 2018 in conjunction with the Scotsman Guide Top Originators rankings, the Top Women Originators recognizes the nation’s top-producing women in the mortgage industry. In 2021, more than 2,100 women made the Top Women Originators rankings and produced a $78.3 million average dollar volume, an increase of 26% from last year’s rankings, according to the publication.
