After deciding what you can afford, where you want to live and which dream house to choose, there’s still paperwork to get through. Our goal is to make the process as easy as possible for you. Your Guild Mortgage team will let you know exactly what you need for your application and when. If you’re curious about what you might need before talking to your local loan officer, we’ve compiled a list for you. Generally, you’ll need paperwork concerning employment, bank accounts, property or landlord information, your sales contract and a copy of your earnest money deposit. It’s a lot of information and we’re committed to being here for you every step of the way.
