    Meeting Customers Where They Are

We want to meet our customers where they are. What better time than during our Eco April campaign to meet our customers online? Coming soon, our current customers will have paperless options for monthly loan statements. While customers do not choose who services their loans, at Guild, they can at least choose how they receive their loan information. They can now get information when and where they want it. Starting later this year, our customers will have the option of receiving e-statements. They’ll be able to sign up for e-statements through email, their online account, or by calling a customer service representative. All online communication is secure and emails will be encrypted to ensure privacy. Our servicing and compliance teams are working tirelessly to make access to loan information as fast and easy as possible. When our customers speak, we listen! We continue to set ourselves apart by using technology to mediate personal connections and are excited to see what’s coming up next.

Perspective from my door - Innovation at Guild

I like people who think outside the box. I’ve been at Guild for more than twenty years. In every hiring situation, I look for some spark of creativity, some talent that sets each person apart, and I try to bring the most talented people I can find here to Guild.

To serve the needs and expectations of customers, Guild needs to be able to change quickly. What works for customers in one location may not make sense in another. So, I look for talented managers who understand their markets and I make sure they have the tools and support they need.

Our technology systems at Guild are the result of this focus on talent. We designed our systems here, originally engaging nearly thirty programmers in an extended project during the 1980s. That effort was a defining period of our history, as it placed us in the running to grow and to manage to different situations efficiently. We’re still making use of the heart of those systems, and are always making them better.

When markets change, as they do, it seems, all the time, I need to be able to look to my people here at Guild for solutions. When I say that we are flexible or adaptable, I’m really saying that I have a team that I know can solve any problem that comes up, at any time.
