Guild Mortgage Places 113 Loan Officers in 2021 Scotsman Guide Top Women Originators Rankings

Lenders from 15 States Honored for High Dollar Volumes

San DiegoGuild Mortgage (NYSE: GHLD), a rapidly growing mortgage lending company originating and servicing residential loans since 1960, had 113 loan officers named to Scotsman Guide’s Top Women Originators 2021 rankings.

Introduced in 2018 in conjunction with the Scotsman Guide Top Originators rankings, the Top Women Originators recognizes the nation’s top-producing women in the mortgage industry. This year, with homebuyers taking advantage of low interest rates and a favorable housing market, the more than 2,000 women featured in the Top Women Originators rankings produced a $62.1 million average dollar volume, an increase of 58% from 2020, according to the publication.

Washington led the way with 19 loan officers, followed by Oregon with 17, California with 15 and Nevada at 13. All told, loan officers from 15 states were named Top Originators this year.
