Welcome to the California and Hawaii region of Guild Mortgage. As the home base of what is now one of the largest national mortgage lenders, we’ve seen a lot of growth in the 60+ years since we opened our first branch in San Diego. We now have over 70 branches in the California and Hawaii region alone, with about 300 originators bringing in $5.4 billion in production. That’s a lot of past clients and referral businesses. Bottom line is that we know this region. Get to know us.

We believe in strengthening the communities in which we live and work by not only providing a path to homeownership but helping those beyond our business model. We run an annual region-wide food drive, have donated to Comfort Cases that provides backpacks full of essential supplies for kids in foster care, and jump in to support those affected by wildfires on a local level when those have swept through areas devastating homes.
