We put you first

We take our work seriously because it matters to your future. Earning the J.D. Power award for “Highest in Customer Satisfaction with Primary Mortgage Origination in the U.S.,” lets us know we’re on the right track.

J.D. Power does its customer satisfaction rankings independently, basing them on real customers’ experiences. This methodology may make the firm’s rankings more trustworthy among customers buying products or services J.D. Power has ranked. The 2021 Primary Mortgage Origination Satisfaction StudySM is based on responses from 5,414 total respondents in June through September 2021 for customers who originated a new mortgage loan in the past 12 months.

It’s good to know we’re getting it right

Since our founding in 1960, providing the highest level of customer service has been one of our most important values. “The results of the survey confirm what we’ve known to be true for some time; that a mortgage is still a complicated and intimidating process for many customers,” said Mary Ann McGarry, CEO of Guild Mortgage. “While improved technology has certainly made the lending process faster and more efficient, most customers still need and want a personal touch to get their questions answered and to complete the transaction with confidence.”

“Year after year we’ve been deeply committed to launching new training, technology and customer service initiatives aimed at creating customers for life and we’re pleased to see our work recognized by our customers,” continued McGarry. “More than anything, ranking number one in Overall Customer Satisfaction is a direct reflection of our culture of customer service and our business model, which focuses on our branch offices where loan officers can make personal connections with clients.”

We support you, always

Home is more than just a house—it can be the starting point for a whole new life. Here are a few ways we help you make it happen.

  • We have the loan to fit your life

We offer hundreds of loan products to fit your unique situation and many state housing programs that provide down payment assistance. In addition to our conventional, FHA, VA and USDA financing options for first-time homebuyers, military families and rural residents, we also offer reverse mortgage, jumbo and manufactured home loans.

  • Our loan officers mind the details

From taking your initial application and closing your loan, our loan officers partner with other professionals like your real estate agent and title company. They’ll answer questions on required paperwork, go over home loan fees with you and work with processors and underwriters while your loan is in process.

  • We make long-term commitments

Our relationship begins with educating you on the mortgage products that best suit your needs and continues long after your loan’s closing. Often, lenders will sell your loan to another organization for servicing, so your mortgage lender and mortgage servicer are two separate entities. At Guild Mortgage, we lend and service the majority of the loans that we originate in-house. That means that we’re your loan partner throughout the life of the loan. We care about helping you achieve homeownership, and are there with you when you move to a new house, refinance your current mortgage, renovate your home or have questions.

We can find the right loan for you today. Take the next step by getting pre-qualified for purchase.
