Our Servicing Division looks forward to building on its success in order to accommodate thousands of new customers. At Guild, we think of servicing a loan as building relationships with our customers throughout the life of the loan and beyond.
That’s why our goal is to deliver excellent service every day. We continue to look at new ways to serve our customers where and how they prefer. For example, customers will begin receiving welcome videos from our servicing team as well as proactive email alerts to help them with their accounts.
We’ll also focus on building efficiencies. We seek to find ways to use less paper, automate more manual processes and provide more training for employees. As we welcome new homeowners, we want to provide personal and streamlined service that shows we care.
