Our Operations team is gearing up to offer fast and accurate services while applications increase. We’re improving efficiency and productivity by promoting electronic verification of employment and assets. We’re also educating our employees on the benefits of reduced documentation requirements available through underwriting software we already have available. While we’re using new technologies to help streamline operations, we also rely on our talented team members. Our business analysts identify ways to reduce keystrokes, eliminate duplicate data entry, streamline processes for fewer steps and shave minutes off of the process.
