Arthur Ochoa, Texas 1, Regional Vice President

Arthur Ochoa manages the retail mortgage activities for Guild in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas, the Texas region. He was selected in 2011 to develop and grow Guild’s business, a new area of expansion for Guild in the Southwest. Arthur has 30 years experience in the mortgage and banking industries and has worked as a loan officer, branch manager and regional manager. Before joining Guild, he was senior vice president of the mortgage division of Affiliated Bank for two years and area manager for Principal Residential Mortgage, with ten offices. He also had his own firm for eight years, 1st Intercity Mortgage. He graduated from the University of Houston in 1979 with a B.S. in business management.
